| Careers -> Jobs -> HubZone Administrative Assistant in Augusta GA We are looking for candidates who currently reside in a HubZone! We currently have an administrative assistant position available. The position will consist of an array of office duties including typing, proofreading/editing, answering of phones, emails, and/or messages, and different computer research and information searches. The employee will be part of a team that promotes integrity, stimulates creative thinking, and values diversity. The employee will work between 10 and 30 hours weekly, depending on what projects we have that week. Zapata Technology offers flexible scheduling, vacation time (accrued and based on hours worked), and awesome company polo shirts. Required skills include: familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel), familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Reader, the ability to use different search browsers, the ability to type more than 62 wpm, the possession of excellent written and oral communication skills, the possession of the ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently with direction, and possessing the desire and aptitude to pick up the new skills you will be exposed to. Desired skills include: familiarity with different types of computer software and hardware, as well as familiarity with IT jargon.
