Zapata Technology is seeking an experienced Lab Manager, Configuration Management, Journeyman level, for work at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. In this role, successful candidates will ensure quality and development of capabilities with the Distributed Common Ground Station-Army (DCGS-A) development team and customer stakeholders.

Compensation: $109-119K annually depending upon experience.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to write Configuration Management (CM) Plans and audit software change procedures, software development, software testing, and software documentation to verify compliance with software CM plans and procedures.
- Must be capable of participating in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
- Must have knowledge to use Configuration Management tool (JIRA, puppet, Confluence, Git Hub etc.) tools and scripting.
- Must be familiar to implement Configuration Management process in DEVSECOPS/ Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills include:
Certifications: ADP-II.
Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3 to 6 years relevant experience.
Education Level & Degree Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other Engineering or Technical discipline.
