Certification as a Cisco Certified Network Professional or SolarWinds Professional, plus an IAT II certification such as Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
Full Job Description
Essential Functions:

Manage the development, testing, and deployment of software and other computer systems technologies
-
Design, configure, monitor, and optimize systems to include SolarWinds architecture and deployment plan
-
Conduct systems and network analyses and risk assessments
-
Identifying integration issues
-
Update, integrate, and migrate the SolarWinds architecture
-
Update node, interface, and volume details in the custom property tool
-
Standardize the custom property tool into a repeatable process
-
Integrate mission critical assets into networking monitoring dashboards
-
Implement and maintain secure and stable systems and network technologies, server devices, and connections
-
Assist in the configuration management, documentation, network, and automation tools
-
Automate vulnerability and configuration management
-
Develop a Disaster Recovery plan
-
Research technology standards and study architecture to include
-
Prepare cost estimates
-
Conduct briefings to the customer
Job Qualifications:
Required Qualifications and Skills include:
-
Requires minimum 10 years of experience performing a combination installations, configurations, and customization of network monitoring tools
-
Five (5) years’ experience in SolarWinds environment
-
Experience in providing documentation to include network diagrams, topology flows, and organizational procedures.

Team leadership and technical execution on technical projects
-
Professional hands-on experience in systems engineering tools
-
Experience developing detailed models and simulations of electronic circuits or systems for design verification
-
Experience with analysis, design, or test of superconducting electronics, system architecture study or design
-
Written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think critically and problem-solve

Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization

Education/Experience include:

Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Use of standard office equipment such as scanners and printers, phones, and laptops.

Clearance Type:
