What is OASIS+ and how does it work?

OASIS+ is a GSA government-wide, multi-award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract for integrated professional services. It replaces the original OASIS program with expanded scope and modernized ordering procedures. Contracting officers across all federal agencies can issue task orders against OASIS+ without additional competition at the contract level. Zapata Technology holds both the Total Small Business and 8(a) Small Business pools.

What is the difference between OASIS+ Total Small Business and OASIS+ 8(a)?

OASIS+ Total Small Business is open to all qualifying small businesses, while OASIS+ 8(a) is restricted to SBA 8(a)-certified small disadvantaged businesses. Zapata Technology holds both vehicles, giving contracting officers two streamlined procurement paths depending on their set-aside requirements.

What is the 8(a) STARS III GWAC?

GSA 8(a) STARS III is a $50 billion-ceiling Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT services. Zapata Technology is an awardee under contract 47QTCB22D0134 in the Emerging Technologies and OCONUS Place of Performance sub-areas. STARS III provides federal agencies a streamlined vehicle to procure IT solutions including AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud, and software development.

What is SeaPort-NxG?

SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) is the Department of the Navy’s primary multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle for engineering, technical, and programmatic support services. What is a VOSB?

A Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) is a small business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more veterans. Zapata Technology is a VA-Verified VOSB, qualifying us for VOSB set-aside contracts across all federal agencies. Primes receive small business subcontracting plan credit for work placed with VOSBs.

What is the difference between a VOSB and SDVOSB?

A VOSB is owned by a veteran; a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) requires the veteran owner to have a VA-rated service-connected disability. Federal agencies have separate set-aside goals for each category. Both provide subcontracting credit for prime contractors.

What set-asides is Zapata Technology eligible for?
