MCTSSA Network, Engineering, Testing and Cybersecurity (NETC)
As a prime contractor on the MCTSSA NETC IDIQ, Zapata will support MCTSSA and MARCORSYSCOM Portfolio Managers with Engineering, Testing, Laboratory management, Configuration management, and other specialized services to include Advanced Network Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Command, Control, Communication, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) System Services, and Cybersecurity. Our support will help MCTSSA Program Managers in the conduct of developmental testing, integration, and sustainment support of (C4I) Programs of Record (PoRs) which form the foundation of the Marine Corps net focused operations and are vital to the Marine Corps’ continued success.

MCTSSA Tactical System Support 3 (TSS-3)
As subcontractor to C4 Planning Solutions and in support of the MCTSSA TSS-3 contract, Zapata Technology provides Tier II, C4I Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to the Warfighter Support Division (WSD) to conduct technical troubleshooting and solutioning and over-the-shoulder exercise and contingency operations supporting deployed Marines. MCTSSA established the WSD to serve as the main effort for all systems support to the fleet Marine forces (FMF)—Marine, Joint, Coalition, and other US agencies.

TITUS Intelligence System and Analytics
As a subcontractor to ManTech, we support the Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, which operates under the C5ISR Center that serves as the Army’s center for Research and Development (R&D) of advanced cyber operations; Electronic Warfare (EW); Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) technologies; Intelligence Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED); and information systems and processing. ESI supports the full lifecycle management of enterprise-wide systems, from initial conception through fielding, and provides engineering support of these systems to Program Executive Offices (PEOs). In our work on the Technology Insertion Transformation Unified Services (TITUS), we support the INSCOM Cloud Initiative (ICI) and the enterprise systemwide application and integration of capabilities developed on an R&D-focused TO for ESI and its mission partners called Analytics Solution to Establish Real-Time Operational Information Dominance (ASTEROID) that focuses primarily on R&D, prototyping, and the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of analytic capabilities.

FORSCOM Intelligence Warfighter Function (IWfF)
We are a subcontractor to SAIC in this work on the FORSCOM Intelligence Warfighting Function Program, managed through FORSCOM’s G2, that focuses on enabling corps and division G-2s and expeditionary military intelligence brigade (EMIB) commanders to achieve mastery of intelligence support to large-scale ground combat operations. As part of this effort, Zapata Technology provides USASOC DCGS-A with Data Ingestion and Analytic Processing Development, Systems Engineering Support, and Software Integration and Development Support using Apache NiFi (OSS) and the Zapata-developed ZIngest software, an automated data platform for seamless data conditioning. In addition, we support Metis as a part of the USASOC Modular Mission Environment (MME) that provides a cross-domain, multi-cloud environment to permit data flow from partner and opensource data repositories to centralized data lakes to enable AI/ML analytics. We also provide applications and functionality as services over the MME environment and lead Cross Domain Service implementation using USAF’s Unified Data Library developed by BluTag.
