MCTSSA Network, Engineering, Testing and Cybersecurity (NETC)   

As a prime contractor on the MCTSSA NETC IDIQ, Zapata will support MCTSSA and MARCORSYSCOM Portfolio Managers with Engineering, Testing, Laboratory management, Configuration management, and other specialized services. These services also include Advanced Network Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Command, Control, Communication, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) System Services, and Cybersecurity. SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)

As a prime contractor on SeaPort-NxG IDIQ, Zapata will provide services that potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy (DON) ordering activities. Under this contract, we may perform engineering and program management services for new and existing product areas, programs, or missions assigned to these activities during the life of the contract. IWRP Consortium

The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Consortium fosters collaboration between Government, Industry and Academia. Together, these partners identify, develop and demonstrate the enabling technologies that enhance the Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness in the field of Information Warfare. Consortium for Command, Control, and Communications in Cyberspace (C5) OTA 

Zapata Technology is a member of the C5 Consortium OTA, which accelerates the development and deployment of new capabilities to the Warfighter using Other Transaction Authority (OTA). C5 gives Zapata an innovative and commonsense acquisition mechanism for development of new technologies and products. Specifically, this mechanism addresses the C4ISR and cyber-technology requirements of the Army and Marine Corps.  These capabilities include but are not limited to Offensive and Defensive Cyber Operations, C4ISR and Targeting, System-of-Systems Architecture, Tactical and Strategic Networks, Enterprise Systems, Software and Hardware Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Systems Integration, Information Operations, Intelligence Analysis, Exploitations and Disseminations, and Enabling Technologies.

Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific — Logistic IT Ship-to-Shore (LOGiT Prototype)

As a prime contractor on the LOGiT Prototype, Zapata Technology supports the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific). Specifically, we develop and prototype logistics IT solutions for ship-to-shore data integration. This work leverages our data engineering expertise and ZIngest platform to enable seamless logistics data flow between naval assets and shore-based systems.

MCTSSA Tactical System Support 3 (TSS-3)

As subcontractor to C4 Planning Solutions and in support of the MCTSSA TSS-3 contract, Zapata Technology provides Tier II, C4I Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to the Warfighter Support Division (WSD). Our team conducts technical troubleshooting and solutioning as well as over-the-shoulder exercise and contingency operations supporting deployed Marines. MCTSSA established the WSD to serve as the main effort for all systems support to the fleet Marine forces (FMF)—Marine, Joint, Coalition, and other US agencies.

TITUS Intelligence System and Analytics

As a subcontractor to ManTech, we support the Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, which operates under the C5ISR Center. The C5ISR Center serves as the Army’s center for Research and Development (R&D) of advanced cyber operations; Electronic Warfare (EW); Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) technologies; Intelligence Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED); and information systems and processing. ESI supports the full lifecycle management of enterprise-wide systems, from initial conception through fielding, and provides engineering support of these systems to Program Executive Offices (PEOs). In our work on the Technology Insertion Transformation Unified Services (TITUS), we support the INSCOM Cloud Initiative (ICI). We also support the enterprise systemwide application and integration of capabilities developed on an R&D-focused TO for ESI and its mission partners called Analytics Solution to Establish Real-Time Operational Information Dominance (ASTEROID). This effort focuses primarily on R&D, prototyping, and the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of analytic capabilities.

FORSCOM Intelligence Warfighter Function (IWfF)

We are a subcontractor to SAIC in this work on the FORSCOM Intelligence Warfighting Function Program, managed through FORSCOM’s G2. This program focuses on enabling corps and division G-2s and expeditionary military intelligence brigade (EMIB) commanders to achieve mastery of intelligence support to large-scale ground combat operations.  As part of this effort, Zapata Technology provides USASOC DCGS-A with Data Ingestion and Analytic Processing Development, Systems Engineering Support, and Software Integration and Development Support. We deliver this support using Apache NiFi (OSS) and the Zapata-developed ZIngest software, an automated data platform for seamless data conditioning. In addition, we support Metis as a part of the USASOC Modular Mission Environment (MME). The MME provides a cross-domain, multi-cloud environment to permit data flow from partner and opensource data repositories to centralized data lakes to enable AI/ML analytics. We also provide applications and functionality as services over the MME environment and lead Cross Domain Service implementation using USAF’s Unified Data Library developed by BluTag.

AAG RFL

As subcontractor to Booz, Allen, Hamilton, we support work for the Army Analytics Group’s (AAG) Research Facilitation Laboratory (RFL). We manage, support and secure data required for analysis, and we perform Extract-Transformation-Load (ETL) services for studies conducted by the RFL as authorized by AAG leadership. This work aids the RFL in conducting relevant research studies, program evaluation, command surveillance, information technology (IT) development, and IT integration. To do so, the RFL uses scalable “Big Data” platforms in direct support of the U.S. Army and DoW senior leadership and other stakeholders across the DoW community.

Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) Family of System (FoS) Systems Engineering and Technical Maintenance Support

 We support Semper Valens Solutions in the provision of lifecycle Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post Production Software Support (PPSS) Technical Assistance services.
