AUGUSTA, GA — Zapata Technology, Inc., a veteran-owned small business specializing in AI/ML, cybersecurity, and software engineering for the U.S. Department of Defense, has been awarded the OASIS+ 8(a) Small Business contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). The contract, number 47QRCA25DA204, has a base period through February 2030 with a 5-year option period.
The OASIS+ 8(a) award expands Zapata Technology’s OASIS+ portfolio, complementing the company’s existing OASIS+ Total Small Business contract (47QRCA25DS585) in the Technical and Engineering and Intelligence domains. Together, these vehicles provide federal agencies with multiple streamlined procurement pathways to access Zapata Technology’s defense technology services.
“This award validates our continued growth as a trusted defense technology partner,” said Randall Zapata, Chief Visionary Officer. “The OASIS+ 8(a) contract gives contracting officers another efficient vehicle to procure our AI-powered cybersecurity, software engineering, and data analytics capabilities for their most critical missions.”
OASIS+ (One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus) is GSA’s premier government-wide, multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract program. It provides federal agencies with a streamlined procurement vehicle for professional services across a wide range of disciplines. The 8(a) pool is specifically designated for SBA-certified 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses, supporting the federal government’s small business participation goals.
The OASIS+ 8(a) award adds to Zapata Technology’s growing portfolio of government-wide and agency-specific contract vehicles:
