At Zapata Technology, our management approach is informed by our commitment to international standards and best practices defined in our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) that focuses on efficiency and effectiveness in our service delivery. The QMS is based on clearly defined and smoothly integrated management processes with an emphasis on early identification and mitigation of risks and we emphasize continuous process improvement. The Quality Policy, central to our operations, expresses that focus: “At Zapata Technology, our policy is to provide our clients with the highest quality services by assuring their performance, consistency, safety and value. We practice this policy and measure its effectiveness in conjunction and in regular communication with the customer who is at the center of our service delivery and the final judge of its efficacy.  

This certification is subject to the company maintaining its system to the required standard, which will be monitored by NQA, USA, 289 Great Road, Suite 105, Acton, MA 01720, an accredited organization under the ANSI National Accreditation Board.
